LA-90 is designed for cattle producing an average of 15-30 liters of milk per day. It should be given as a TMR at a feeding ratio of 1 kg of LA-90 per 2.5 liters of milk yield from cattle. In the case of pregnant cattle, an additional 1 kg is recommended. The requirement can also be calculated on a dry matter basis.

It is highly recommended for freshly calved cattle and buffalo. It is not recommended to be fed with winter greens, which are rich in protein.
