Team :- 350 to 400 RBM/ ABM/ BO Across All Locations
Experience :- 20 years plus
Qualification :- Preference to MBA(Sales/Marketing) / B.Sc (Medical,Non Medical) B.V.Sc and M.V.Sc.
Industry Targeted :- Cattle Feed, Veterinary Pharma, Seeds & Pesticides.
G.M. Sales JD:
- To Strategically plan the launch of cattle feed product in the Brand Name of Lactinova, Developing potential market for Cattle Feed, distribution network in targeted markets, tracking purchase & sales of channel partners, create awareness amongst customers and analyse competitors activities, increase brand value as well as market value of Lactinova Cattle Feed.
- To forecast the sales targets for pan India Locations and appointment & development of Distributors channels for Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base
- To Assess and Plan Sales Team size, Managing /Hiring team members for different locations as per the plan and setting individual sales targets for RBM/ABM/BO
- To develop the innovative sales strategies to achieve the sales target with suggesting & implementing brand promotional activities.
- To Achieve Pan India sales Targets and continuously monitoring the gaps and initiating corrective actions. Building overall Company Brand Image
